No, I will not accept "She's a turd" as a reason to not buy her. I can't tell since I've never even seen gameplay but the rear-facing turret seems like it'd barely need you to angle at all to fire it. And the play-style isn't all that different from what you'd expect out of an Atago or a Myoko. Is fire and wiggle. The 3rd turret needs a bit of wiggle to bring on-target with the other guns, so you're better off using it on something more to your flank, because Izumo is too fat and slow to wiggle efficiently.
