Timeframe for PT 0.5.12 Rewards?

Hi all,

 

I played quite a bit of the Public Test this past week. Got 10 wins in high tier cruisers and another 10 in the Russian destroyers, along with Rank 1 in the ranked battles. Out of curiosity, when are the reward codes e-mailed out?

Did not get it too. I've submitted the ticket to the support, but they are not replying back for 2 days now. What is going on?

EU server gave theirs out. Although they did run into a slight problem with giving them out, in the end they managed. I think they did it yesterday.

I feel like 0.5.12 rewards will be given out by the time 0.5.13 drops..

They gave out 10 camos, thats it. Same thing happened on the EU server, then a few days later they fixed it and gave everything out.

Still haven't seen mine either...typically seem to come out a week or so after the patch hits, but that went live on the 27th IIRC so I'm expecting it anytime and wondering the same thing myself.

OK, received the link tonight, but it only shown the missions for soviet destroyers and tier8-10 cruisers as complete.  I also advanced to rank 1 and completed the mission for tier 8-10 battleships.  Ticket submitted.

Generic response received linking me to mission requirements--clear that CS did not really read my e-mail.

 

Basically only showing 2 of the 3 type 6 camo packs I have coming, and not showing the day of premium and the 3 of every signal flag.  I have not yet clicked the button to "get bonus" until I reach resolution with customer service.

 

Anyone else short rewards?

Thanks for the update TRev...Customer service says it may take 48 hours to pull all records, so I'm being patient for now.  I have not clicked the "Get Bonus" button as I want to leave the incomplete awards list up until I'm either (a) resolved, or (b) I give up on the issue.  Makes it easier to track what I did and didn't get listed.

A quick update: I just clicked the bonus link sent to me via e-mail and the user bonus page said that there were "no bonuses available at this time." Also, FYI, I was logged into the site, since not being logged in would definitely mess up the rewards system.

 

I opened a ticket with support, so we will see what happens!

Also got an email that is contradicting the redemption page.  It's been a week an a half now, I remember that last few rewards were up within a week.

 

There's also a Reddit thread where people are getting some, but not all of their rewards.

So I did all missions, but Ranked and  I got a reply from the support:

When clicking this link, make sure you are already logged into your account.

Public Test rewards have recently been sent out and you should be receiving an email shortly if you completed the mission requirements to earn a reward.

The mission requirements for 0.05.12 can be found here http://worldofwarships.com/en/news/common/0512-public-test/.

If you completed the requirements and receive an email, you will be directed tohttp://worldofwarships.com/en/userbonus/ to redeem your goods.

Please make sure that you’re logged in and simply hit the button to redeem your rewards. If the button is unavailable, it means you have already received your rewards, they are not currently available, or you did not meet the requirements for this current Public Test.

Note that part of these requirements are to play in the Public Test with the same email address that is registered to your main account, so if you did not do this then you did not qualify.

If after 48 hours you still have not yet received your email or any rewards, please let us know and we will investigate further.

Come on just fix it. Stop replying to me with stuff I've already done after the last Test. And I'm not the only one who's getting this crap error. This game is bugged so fix it.

Booo, I got that exact same response from a different CS rep. I guess I'll have to wait a couple days and check back again. 

 

They sound like I'm doing something wrong or I'm stupid. Just admit you got some problems and fix it. That's all I'm asking. I've earned those rewards and not asking for something that not mine.
