only flags i use whenever are xp flags and the repair flag. the rest get used in ranked.

Two solutions.  Either A) don't use them at all, or 2) enable auto-load and forget about it.

I wasn't joking, you know. If you see your team potatoing, you should change your tactics accordingly. Bad CV? Hang out by ships with good AA and don't make yourself look like the best target. DDs not spotting? Don't be the first ship in. Lemming train? Either follow it or skirmish farm defense points on the other side of the map.

 

It's very rare to get a team that's SO BAD you literally can't do anything with it. Games with underperforming teammates can actually be some of the best scoring games, because you'll have lots more targets to shoot at.
