User music playing 2 songs at once

I noticed after the update today (not blaming it) that the user music player was playing 2 songs at the same time, one very faded (low volume) and one a little louder. It was obvious that there was some kind of screw up somewhere...

 

A - has anyone else experienced this and how , if so did you fix it?

 

B - in case nobody else has, is there word of a finite limit of mp3 files to be inserted before errors can occur?

I have had the same problem also since the patch.  Every time I click settings it starts a other song up. No idea on how to fix it though.
