USS Arizona WIKI price: Can Rent?

What is that about?  I would LOVE to rent the Arizona for a few days. 

 

Is that only on the RU server or something?  Or is it a placeholder?

She's beautiful(with finally a Vought Kingfisher on her catapult, instead of a bi-plane), Effective, good at making credits, storied and just an all around heartwarming ship that is pleasantly Over-performing.

Well don't you know only EU gets to have it permanently for sale. Oh the nation that built it and lost it, no, they can't ever have it for sale again. Does this retarded premium sale policy make any sense whatsoever? of course not. So EU gets one of the most iconic American battleships for sale ALL THE TIME, and North American never gets it again! I tell you, Wargaming is a company so filled with intelligent people isn't it? It's no wonder why their games are practically dead in NA compared to other regions.

Well don't you know only EU gets to have it permanently for sale. Oh the nation that built it and lost it, no, they can't ever have it for sale again. Does this retarded premium sale policy make any sense whatsoever? of course not. So EU gets one of the most iconic American battleships for sale ALL THE TIME, and North American never gets it again! I tell you, Wargaming is a company so filled with intelligent people isn't it? It's no wonder why their games are practically dead in NA compared to other regions.

 

They also have Dunkerque permanently, which is kind of annoying, as I was hoping to get her sometime.

Now if only I can convince WG to make her deck wood colored, like she had at Pearl, I'd be tickled pink. (not to say the skin mod I'm using to fix that isn't amazing, I just wish it was official and I didn't have to mess with the files each update)

I take her out every day.  She is currently my best T6 ship.  Beautiful to look at; love those red turret tops.  Makes a good penny win or lose.  A fantastic angled bruiser.   Absolutely crushes when top tier, and can easily perform in the top half of the leader board even at T8.

Agreed, I almost never have a bad battle in her. Can just take an absurd amount of abuse while dishing out really tight salvos at range. Her only downside is the speed, but that's a given with US dreadnought ships.

And that's where complaints arise from. NA has always been notoriously questionable in their marketing practices and how premium releases are handled. 

 

As someone who is not really interested in owning the Arizona due to the play style, I completely agree that it is ridiculous that the ship isnt permanently available for the region of its home nation. 

 

Selling premiums in a limited window for whatever reason, especially ships like Arizona and Indianapolis, is extremely aggravating.

Each region can vary what they sell, they don't have to be the same. Costs are different because reasons, I have a feeling it might be because of Americans having a higher income than many Europeans.

And WG's practices create complaints like these, its obviously not exclusive to NA, but they are amazingly skilled at angering literally every server due to having the marketing teams of each server make their own choices. All clusters should have access to the same tech tree premiums, and if WG would like to continue their limited time offers on premium ships, it should also apply for everyone. 

 

Besides, not having two United States storied warships for permanent sale on a North American server, yet is always available on a different region's server...can you honestly defend such a decision?

I plan on it lol.  I despise the T1-5 USN ships, but hear the Arizona is better then the NM outside of worse AA and a little worse velocity on the guns.  But I hear it has better armor, better accuracy....

 

Plus, having played NM on the PTS, and carried like 4 PTS PVE Coop games in it, yeah, I look forward to when the AZ comes on sale again.  WG should just put the dang thing for sale always though..

Thats about right......so typically wargaming, its why im not a fan of them lol.  They just happen to always have the game im looking for, or not really, but it ends up being just decent enough to play....

I actually use a skin by Misato, who has several VERY good no rust skins. They make my ships look like they came right out of the dry dock! =D (which yes, I know isn't exactly realistic, but they look so damn clean and beautiful without all that nasty rust)

Kinda like how Armored warfare, for Veterans Day, which I assume is just a US Holiday, the freemium tank was a T-62....lol. 

Why not, for the 4th of July, give us a Russian BB just because.

I would hope for them not do that, as it would mess with player sanity, but knowing them they very well might.
