Issues With Chat

I've been trying to play World of Warships with my friends but every time I login, it says chat's been unavailable for almost one whole week. Everybody I know in this game has been experiencing the same difficulties with the chat and so far nothing has been done or said about it, I was hoping for compensation of this broken mechanic we could get a full day of endless x3 for wins.

I think hes got some merit to his argument, I missed out on alot of divisions becuase of this, Intstead of buying kutuzov I decided to buy 4 copies of Elite Dangerous, wargaming, please, answer your loyal customers and give us a sign.

OH For Fap's Sake I hate that bug/issue! It doesn't just do It here in WOWS, it also does it in WOT!

Yeah this happens to me too.

Really sucks, can't div or chat with my friends while spinning boats in port.

Was there a problem with the chat? Perhaps someone figured out a way to glitch into other people's private chat, and WG's looking for how the heck did they do it.

Does anybody know what went wrong with the chat?

I'll chime in and say that I definitely have played a lot less wows this week because of this issue. This is a very social game to me and the inability to play and organize with friends is ruining it. Had this error almost every day this week. Really making me regret buying the Prinz Eugen bundle.

I get very little free time and when I have it, I like playing World of Warships. It's a perfect game for weekends and I've gotten two of my friends to start playing as well.

 

I had just decided to buy some premium and maybe Prinz Eugen when I checked in-game and noticed I couldn't even division with my friends. "Chat unavailable, we're working on it" - I've tried logging in and out, reinstalling, and nothing has worked. All my friends are frustrated and they're blaming me for wasting their time/money. Are you even working on it?

 

How will you make this right WG?

The chat system in general could definitely take some tweaking, not only with this error, there are multiple occasions where chat window participants have disappeared disappear despite the room being populated.

Wargaming, you've always done a bang-up job paying attention to your customer's needs and providing compensation where it's due.

However there's been nothing on this chat-server issue at all! No "We know this is happening and we're addressing it" or even a simple "She'll be right mate!"

Being the great fellas you are I'm sure you'll understand if we expect some compensation in the form of bonus xp/credit multipliers, as I've lost countless hours of quality statpgameplay waiting for this issue to be solved.

had this same issue, its a P.I.T.A., however until WG fixes this, there is a somewhat work around. All it requires is 1 person in the division to have a working chat. Then he can manually enter the names of the other division members and send invites. Did it last night. One of the guys i play with had his chat working, myself and the other member did not. Hopefully WG fixes this issue soon, because i agree with everyone else when they say its annoying to say the least

As a player who only plays in division with friends these days, this issue has been crippling to my experience. To the point where I've given up on playing for the last two days.

 

My premium is about to run out in 5 days, and I'm certainly not feeling like extending it further if these issues continue. Specially after losing two very valuable days with no compensation of any sorts in sight.
