Chat Server/Low FSP

Anyone else having issues with the chat server (to create divisions) and very low frame rate?  I thought the chat server was fixed....

Im haveing issues with chat but not fps the fps issue might just be you

I have experienced from 59 to 15 fps and 28ms to 150md in warships.  I have a new gaming rig and have not had any issues until now.  I have player wot and get 70+ fps and 25ms.  Any Ideas?
