This is a bit of a problem as Anshan needs EM, but Lo Yang does not. Both need BFT and LS. AFT is a must, CE is a must. DE is nice for Anshan, does less in Lo Yang. If you brawl a lot, Vigilance is nice to have, but I prefer Superintendent in both ships fort the extra smoke and charges.

Tier 1=BFT for better reload. Tier 2=Last Stand because you're a DD and EM because you have slow-turning turrets. Tier 3=Superintendent for extra Snoop Dogg and ship meth and/or Vigilance for some lovely torpedobeats. Tier 4=DE for all the fires and/or AFT to extend your invisi-fire range. Tier 5=CE because you're a DD or Preventative Maintenance because you're a DD. Meanwhile, the Lo Yang plays like the USN DD line, but is an even better DD killer because it has Hydroacoustic Search. Here's what you go with. Tier 1=BFT for better reload. Tier 2=Last Stand because you're a DD and EM for close-range dogfights. Tier 3=Superintendent for extra Snoop Dogg and ship meth and/or Vigilance to stack with Hydroacoustic Search to make you invulnerable to torpedoes. Tier 4=DE to slowly roast your enemies and/or SE because you can use the extra HP when you're up close. Tier 5=CE because you're a DD or Preventative Maintenance because you're a DD. For 15 points I'd go: Anshan: BFT, LS, Vigilance, AFT, CE - then add EM at 17 points Lo Yang: BFT, LS, Vigilance, SE, CE - then add Torpedo skill at 17 points Edited September 23, 2016 by madmikey77

Anshan needs EM to speed up those glacial turrets, which is something definitely not needed on ex-Benson Lo Yang.

The combo with hydro acoustic search is just LOLs. You just drive into the cap and go...this cap is clear boys. Use the 6km torps too. Range is very workable and torps are much quicker and deal more damage.

I'll probably set for Anshan to start ranked, then switch to Lo Yang setup and start a new captain in the Anshan. I don't mind retraining once in a while.
