ARP Ashigara Missions Broken?

Hi folks, I just completed all of the ARP Ashigara Challenge missions. I am supposed to get an ARP Ashigara (cruiser), a port slot and a six-skill captain.

 

However, the ship is not showing up in game. I restarted the game but still no sign of her. I go to the mission tab, the ARP Ashigara mission is gone. Only the other mission, ARP Hiei Challenge, is left. Picture attached. 

 

Am I the only one with this problem? Or does this ship only show up in some special game mode?

You have to use the Yokosuka port.

You can do this by launching the game and clicking on the gold anchor in the top left corner near your player name.

From their, switch the Yokosuka from your current port

Voila!

You should see your ARP Ashigara waiting for you

Is it only in the Yokosuka port? I'd like to switch to another, because the sky and sea in that port is filled with flickering blocks of white that drive me crazy.  I like the look of the port, but I just can't bear looking at it very long.

For gods sakes, use the search function, read the damn ARP announcements, how [edited]difficult is it to get someone who is actual literate and looks at all the information that's given BEFORE posting on forums?
