Chat server unavailable?

i disconnected mid-game then reconnected finished the game

after that i wanted to squad up with one of my team members and my friends list wouldnt show

i tried restarting, playing a game then restarting, just waiting, restarted my pc

nothing seemed to work so im wondering how can i fix this or do i need to wait for a longer amount of time?

i had this problem in the past but i forgot how to fix it.

Same and had it earlier today but corrected itself . Now when I switch ship in port it hangs up and won't close ; have to use task manager to end it .

It was not working for a while. Now it works fine. They fixed whatever issue the server had.
