I'm confused about the Dragon flag event

1,000 battles: you'll get 100x "Dragon" Consumable Flags +50 for each tier X you own.

From my understanding of this statement, I should have gotten 100 dragon flags, as I have participated in 1,411 battles and I do not own any tier 10s. Instead, I got 10. Am I misunderstanding?

When you won a game you get 10 flags.

While I doubt they did that...you mean to tell me that you DIDN'T use them when a 300% bonus was running? Effectively getting like a 600% bonus to XP??

 

Maybe you didn't deserve them that's why they took them away?

I won't be getting that many in the bundle...what I do get will be saved and broken out only during 2x or higher weekends.

They don't multiply the xp first win bonus, simply stack, so net effect is no different.
