Personally I don't But recalling the days when I used to drink and drive, I found I was a much better driver on the way home from a bar. It's true!

But watching some people play this game, I have to wonder...are you...?

Yes, because you get the full experience of listening and singing along to Barrett's Privateers.

Hands down, the best drinking song

How about this...

Nope,  I turn into a raging azz hole of a troll.  Booze,  mental medication and OCD do not mix well in front of a live studio audience

Yes. It's very important to stay hydrated.

A person functions far better when not suffering from dehydration.

i have a few, sometimes (rarely these days) more than a few. sometimes i play pretty good, better than during the week when i never drink.

the one thing that a few suds helps with is losing streaks...lose 3-4, dull the pain (not trying to sound depressing). i got myself into a big hole over the summer when i had a little whiskey left lover from a party lol. my WR has been sub 52% even ever since.

Drinking gives you the illusion that you are careful and cautious but in reality you don't notice the slight weaving in out of the lanes and other subtle moves which give hints to the police of a DUI in progress.   Sure I have been there but I KNEW what the Police are looking for but when intoxicated you cannot detect those subtle hints when you are in that condition no matter how hard you try.  It's a given and another reality different in interpretation when you are sober.  It's just a good thing  that an accident did not change your course in life as it does to many who persist in this practice while driving.  That includes me as well!   Good thing we are past that!

yeah.... this sounds made up. At best you were so drunk you didn't realize your driving was crap.

also, most drunkards say this line because they feel like they are driving better, but they really aren't

Interesting you should ask. There is a direct correlation between my bourbon intake and my ability to get shells on target at a much elevated rate. There is also a correlation between bourbon intake and my running into islands, torps and friendly ships.

I tried once.  I ended up spending more time typing retarded stuff in chat instead of playing, so never again.

Wait a sec, let me see if I have this straight- a kids TV show, filmed in Iceland, recorded in English, translated into German, then back into English, singing about the life of a pirate. I need a drink right now merely from trying to take all that in.  :D

I prefer other inebriates. I'm also glad that is on its way to national legalization.

That's what it seems like when you're intoxicated. What seems isn't always what is, although I'll concede that some people drive sober IRL worse than I drive in GTA V as Trevor.

wow, another dumb poll that make assumptions.

The answers are too biased.  no room for just a No or just a yes.

The answer is NO - not that I don't drink.  I do, I just do not think it helps make me a better player or have better games.  MM is just as broken drink or no drink.

But the OP assumes if your answer is no it is because you don't drink.  No room for a different reason, or thought.

My WoWs drinking game:

1 shot per citadel hit

1 shot per ship destroyed

skip 1 shot per ship you lose

I call it Captain's Positive Reinforcement Training.
