No more information.

There's lots if you know where too look.

First off, this isn't' a land battleship...it's just a battleship.

Kaneda is not the name of the ship, it's the name of the designer

It's a pure "back of the napkin" in terms of design.   He took it upon himself to do this, and the higher ups wanted very little to do with it.

Year of design = 1914

Armament

50 x 2  - 460mm
200 x 1 - 140mm
100 x 1 - 100mm

Speed - 42 knots

I have this written in my notes about the ship
572,061t standard   42 knots (6 shafts?)
100 - 406mm/45 (50x2); 200 - 140mm/50; 100 - 76.2mm/40; 100 - 610mm Above water Torpedo Tubes
Belt: 350mm;   Deck: 127mm;  Turret/Barbette: 305mm;  Tower: 410mm;  Bulge: 100mm

However where I got the information from I do not know.  Doesn't mean it's wrong, just means it needs a source.  Lightning Fish

ALSO  since someone is going to find it anyway when searching for more info on thie ship,

This is not a real proposal at all,  it's entirely fake made by someone with a computer who was bored and knew about the original Kaneda proposal.  Ignore it.

As for the origional Kaneda Proposal.  Well...there's really not much to say.   It's large but actually very conventional.   Armour was kept to regular battleship standards meaning that its gimmick is being very large,  and would destroyable via conventional means.    Turning would have been a nightmare and the advent of aircraft means that high level bombing would put this ship down very quick (it's such a large target after all).  Lets also not forget that to construct this thing, japan would probably have had to dam up and drain a small bay.   Its speed is also greatly over exaggerated.

It's a fun idea to think about though but I'm afraid even for World of Warships it wouldn't be that great of a boss.   Any modern battleship would be able to engage it at a farther ranger than it can obtain and deal full damage though it's old type armor.   Then again,  it has this sort of  "almost" potential about it due to its age.   It wouldn't be the end all to beat all ship and can be destroyed.  In that regards it's a trap.   Similar to the Tillman maximums, Habakkuk or the Iankov's Proposal,  they exist in a grey area that could make sense in the game, but overall just never will happen because they don't make enough sense.

Its written there on the top right of the image. Rudimentary understanding of Japanese or some time with a translator tool like NJStar will get you what you need.

That thing is a beast. :Smile_unsure:

It also is immensely impracticable as the first broadside would render its flight deck unusable.   Again, it's not a genuine design,   and good thing it isn't as it has a very, very large number of flaws.  t does however look cool.

It would probably need a supertanker to refuel it.  However, it would be impressive to see coming over the horizon.
