Just a guess, but I think its probably short for a term from from anime. Bishoujo (pretty girl?) maybe. Not that that makes much sense because the population of Warships is probably predominantly male... Maybe I'm wrong and its a typo or a nickname for another player?

Well in that guy's defense, HE is the meta and there is a reason why most people have switched to HE in their battleships. When you can do about the same amount of damage with HE and AP, and you do not have to actually aim; well the meta speaks for itself...

Had a battle in Ishizuchi. 1 Destroyers, a whole mess of furutakas, kumas, and phoenixes. 1BB.

 

Just left it on HE the whole fight. Every one of those except the BB will eat HE citadels. And did. There is no such thing as convention. I have one guy asking why I'm spamming HE. Umm...
