It's that heavily armored box on the superstructure in the armor viewer excluding destroyers, kinda want to know if it gets penetrating damage & if it stops HE damage (like the armor belt).

Anyone up for some science?

Get the training room mod and test it, it should function like any other armor protecting a non-vital space, penetrating hits, overpens, HE and splash but no cits

Not everyone uses mods....

But I would assume that yes it functionsd like normal armor.

You can enable the training room without a mod.

  1. Make sure World of Warships isn't running.
  2. Open your preferences.txt file with Notepad.
  3. Search for "Battle".
  4. If you were playing Randoms last, it will say "RandomBattle".  Change this to "TrainingBattle".
  5. Hit save.
  6. Load the client as normal.
  7. There will be a bug with what mode appears selected.  It should say Co-Op Battle but it will be coloured like a Random Battle.  This is normal.  Don't touch it.
  8. Select the ship you want to use in the Training Battle.
  9. Start the Battle to begin the training room.
  10. When you no longer want to do training, just change it from Co-Op to Random Battles as normal.
  11. You will need to repeat these steps to enable Training Battles again later.
