Blys is a good ship but not OP. They certainly didn't remove it because it was over performing.

Nice game but it isn't even close to the level of over-poweredness of the Gremyashchy or the Imperator Nikolai. The Blys will return some time in the future.

I'm sure they removed it cause it was no longer selling. just a guess

Either maybe they modify the design, or make way for other Polish ships, or save it for other sales, or both.

They removed her to boost demand. I'm sure I was far from the only person who bought Blyskawica when it was announced she would leave the premium shop soon. And for those who haven't bought her but might be interested in the future, they'll put her back in the shop at some future date after demand has built up again.
