This might have something to do with destroyers. It seems like a DD is involved anytime this is done without getting the other 9. Ty Wepps.

Yeah but it would still be nice to know what triggers is without getting the other 9 done. I do see that he got the compliment achievement (25 Juliet flags is the reward in the image)

I still need Manners but for some of the others I don't know what I did right.

I think it could be torpedoes in general, I got mine with a Langley in Co-Op.

To be honest, I just ran the gamut of ships in my port in co-op simply to complete all the bonuses on them. By the time I got to cruisers I had it. Yorck was first one I played yesterday.

JK, I have like 30 spare slots in WOWP, 14 in WOT and 7 in WOWS! The WOWP slots however were all free do to X-mas events, so that's an extra win for me!

I stoped playing about a year ago. There's no point in playing WOWP anymore anyways. top 4 reasons are as follows

 

1: no CWs

2: the grind for EXP adn credits takes far to long compared to WOT and WOWS

3: they still haven't added the nations of France, Italy or a few other nations that had planes. nor have they even added a 2nd lien to the Japanese tech-tree. (really wanted to pilot a Kika and a tony!)

4: the game has become a bit P2W. all the premium consumables require you to pay gold for them and they didn't/will not be including an alternate option for silver like WOWS & WOT do.

I got King of the party a little bit ago. Took a CV to co-op to do rise of the machines. It gave me the achievement when I torped and killed the bot CV. Got both achievements at the same time. Still missing life of the party to finish them up.
