Delay launching torpedoes from multiple tubes

Lately I've noticed that when I'm trying to drop torpedoes, there is a several seconds delay until I can launch the next set of torps from my already loaded tubes. Sometimes the delay can be up to 5 seconds. Is this something new in 0.5.11? Is this my computer being too slow? Is this normal? Has anyone else seen something similar?

 

It's annoying as hell when i have a small launch window inbetween islands. Often it stops me from dropping my whole load when i want to.

I played a few games last night and didn't have that issue.

I've had it happened to me a couple of times. I believe its lag sometimes on my end but also the game itself, I wouldn't know unless I play a lot in this latest update sadly.
