i'm not playing low tiers to "Club" I am grinding IJN cruiser line. And I don't have any free xp. 

 

How else am I suppose to play that line without playing the low tiers?

I have noticed that my  wins and losses are much more streaky lately.    evens out I guess in the long run, but definitely the player base seemed to have become worse over time.    no complaints.   I need my starches to make me look good.
