Does Anyone Else Collect TeamSpeaks?

While it sounds strange, I'm a little confused as to why this wasn't brought up earlier.

You see, I collect WoWS TeamSpeaks to gain access to members that I see on my team in order to coordinate attacks. This small edge can help you tremendously in the long run. I'm surprised I don't see more people talk about doing this or bring up potential value for doing so. I mean, why wouldn't I coordinate with another teammate to create a pseudo-division. The game could potentially end up as a disastertastrophe if left to fumble around with your teammates.

I also wonder why there isn't a huuuge master teamspeak that could be used as a speaking version of the forums. I know clans do this to an extent, but could you not have a non-clan related teamspeak for general forum uses?

So, all in all, does anyone else collect teamspeaks for fluid movement to adapt to random battles?

Let's play a game, list all the teamspeaks (for WoWs, but not technically just for.) you have (but don't share technical info like server info.)

> FOG - Apart of.

> KNTAI - Not apart of.

> TaskForce 38 - Log onto here and there.

> S.H.O.P - Log onto here and there.

> OP - Comment corrupted

> GiGx - Supremacy sub channel.

> 32nd Regiment - Haven't been to for months.

Teamspeak still a thing? Every other game community I visit is using Discord now.

Got 13 TS servers bookmarked, only 1 of them is for warships and that's FOG.

it seems like the FOG TS is where everyone from the Forums ends up on, I rarely div but when I do and I use TS its pretty much always on there...

its a good idea but the problem is a lot of group with ts..they dont invite u or let u in unless they know you or invited as a member etc.

Discord is ok. I still prefer teamspeak personally. Teamspeak has more permission freedom than discord and imo better voice quality.

This.  Discord offers more functionality as it's a hybrid child of Skype and Teamspeak, however the voice quality is sub-par with all of it's other features.  Teamspeak has greater freedom to assign particular roles to individuals as well as considerably higher voice quality (Discord uses 64kb bandwidth for VOIP per channel -unless set lower-, while TS can run up to ~10kb/s per individual in the channel last I checked.) .

That and discord can be buggy at times. The bigger WOWS clans such as OPG, FOG, ect all use Teamspeak.

I like Discord and use it for my proto-clan and general divisioning, but it's had a few bugs that have persisted until the next patch release.  I don't have any issues with voice quality though...all non-Ventrilo voice programs have had great voice quality for the past decade, so I'm surprised that it keeps coming up as a thing that people talk about.
