Does this ability and ship upgrade stack?

Does Ship Acquisition 1 module and hydroacustics stack?   Aka if I don't have the first is the second worse off?  Or does the latter go past that first's ability when its active?  Thanks!

No, these two don't stack. Whichever is the longest (i.e. Hydro) is the one that ends up being used.

AFAIK, Vigilance stacks with Ship Acquisition but not with Hydro.

only with the module not the hrydro which is active not passive
