Been playing approximately 6 months and cannot stop playing. Now for a question.

When you are rammed by another member of your team, why do you loose points for the damage ? Love the game regardless, just curious.

ok.. so when you ask "why do you lose points for the damage" ? do you mean hit points?... well its usually minimal because they're grazing the paint off your hull

The XP and credit cost is for damage to each ship.  Even though you may not have been at fault, there was an exchange of paint.  The mechanic is to help you be more aware and avoid collisions in the future, basic negative feedback.

Easy enough to try and blame all players, I do shoot people who run into me at times. My in game name is Bones_too. and It depends on the situation. I feel if I have to pay for some butt ho-es mistake I'll make sure I did something to deserve it.. In real life I'd just sue the offending party and make them pay for damages. And if they get insulting I'll try to sink them. Right now it seems excessive in fines and it will keep me from spending real cash.
