How do I see what level my Commander is?

If you already have access to commanders, you see them in the top-right of your port. If you click on the commander skills page, you will see a count of unused skill points on the left.

There are no levels, only skills.

 

When your Commander gets enough points, he earns another Skill point for you to earn.

They do sort of get levels don't they ?  They show a rank that for USN  I think starts at ensign which changes every time they gain a new skill point.  A terminology thing I guess, stricly speaking they don't have levels but have ranks.  

 

edit .... Hmmm ok from the WoWs wiki page they have both Levels and ranks .. and the ranks progess every 2 skill levels

i Dont know why , but i cannot go higher than level 12. Level 13 is Unavailable in the current version. i dont know whats that mean.
