Constantly i find that all to often the system computer "Decides"  if a game is a victory or not, and this is just rubbish.

In my last game of red vs blue circle, none of the circles were captured and there were still ships on each team but the computer server decided that my team that had more ships sunk even though it could have gone either way, declared us the winner as we came up to do a bb battle for red square.  Not that im complaining about winning but,  as we started to do battle at red circle the computer ended the game after 15 mins declaring my team the winner and cheating us out of a final battle,   No im not putting a ticket in for this as its just a general comment.  I wonder if others have had this experience.  Personally i think that the battles should be allowed 30 mins instead of the 20 min default. But forcing a battle win/loss after 15 mins is just rubbish and not tactically efficient.  All games should be 30 mins unless all ships on one team are destroyed !!!

So you're complaining about the one single "mechanic" in the game that keeps games from going on forever because all the cowards don't want to engage and try to win?

Nah. I kinda like having my ships back in my port to use again without having to wait a year and a half. I vote to keep things as they are.

Did you run out of points or did the enemy get enough points to win? Battles don't just randomly end without specific objectives happening and if they happen to just randomly end then bug reports need to be submitted on it.

Not tactically efficient eh? And 30 minutes of a bunch of potatoes dancing around the objective would be? Sit down, smart guy.

I agree it would make sense to modify the game ending system. It is absolutely not fun to win by capturing and reaching 1000 points; ive had games with 1 team capping all the objectives (ie, my team contests C and they get A/B and ultimately C after destroying a few ships) and killing 3 ships, and winning in 5 minutes. They need to decrease cap time and decrease the value of ships; most games should end with fewer than 3 ships on one team at worst, not 7+ remaining, and primarily end in one team fully eliminated. This is currently not the case as id say fewer than 10% of games end in a team being eliminated. Definitely needs to be addressed, as many of my friends and I have discussed.

Also for people complaining about waiting a year to have ships back in port, easy, dont die so fast. Theres no reason any player should ever die before 10 minutes in except for very rare circumstances, ie, detonation or taking some random triple cit from an invisi bb or a spread from a dd. Even in the cit and torp related cases, I would say 90% of the time that it is a user error as well (when it happens to me, I can usually say, yea I did this wrong and deserved that). The game should end by killing more often than not, not some random capping mechanic. The existing mechanic is such that if a team loses a more than 2 members early, it is near impossible to come back (the other team not pnly has more teammates throwing shells down range, but now also has more caps, and capping 2 cases to 1 leads to a win in what, 4 minutes with a few kills?), and thats no fun for anyone if a few tomatoes can ruin the game. Just the other day. Kraken and high caliber in a konig, im at near full health 1 v 3 (was 2 v 6 at one point) but because the other team had 2 caps and I had one, and capping is MEGA fast to reach 1000 compared to killing, I lost when I probably would have won. The rate should be such that a kill of a battleship doesnt take 1 minute to make up in cap points.

In other words, you weren't paying attention.

All matches end when the victory conditions are met.

Pay attention to the loading screen to find out what they are.

Pay attention to what's happening outside of your little tunnel vision bubble to find out how close the team is to winning or losing.

Play to the objectives of the battle mode.

For more detailed info on the rules for the different game modes, read the wiki.
