Helgoland For Tier 3 premium German BB

Albert seems OP for a Tier 3 premium BB as it is just a kaiser class, why not have the ship between the Nassau and Kaiser be the premium? The Helgoland Class was the second class of German dreadnaught battleships. Constructed from 1908 to 1912, the class comprised four ships: Helgoland, the lead ship; Oldenburg;  Ostfriesland; and Thuringen. The design was a significant improvement over the previous Nassau-class ships; they had a larger main battery—30.5 cm (12.0 in) main guns instead of the 28 cm (11 in) weapons mounted on the earlier vessels—and an improved propulsion system. The Helgolands were easily distinguished from the preceding Nassaus by the three funnels that were closely arranged, compared to the two larger funnels of the previous class as well as being longer and more stable on the open sea. The ships retained the hexagonal main battery layout of the Nassau class with improved Armour. Thoughts? Opinions?

Helgoland has my vote. But I'd prefer this ship as a tier 4. Either as an branch extension from Kaiser or as a premium. 

I also want the 1916-1917 configuration of 12x 88mm guns in casemates. With 2 as AA guns. (But with the main guns using 30.5cm WW2 L/4.9 AP shells)

Basically a greatly improved Nassau with better secondary range. With the 26 sec reload speed of the Kaiser.

Helgoland in Jutland config as T4 Premium and Albert with 4km more range and realistic unnerfed RoF on T4. Plus KRONPRINZ in a 1918 config as T5 premium like the Ark Beta with additional module slots. The latter two would be easily implemented as they are similar to the existing models.

 

Helgoland would be a new model - I doubt that WG spends the effort to create a T4 premium even if I truly love the ship!
