I watched that video, and I don't know if what he said about the leaks being necessarily true. Especially as of late. It seems that the majority of the leaks for the Scharnhorst and KM BB line seems to have come from the SEA server. If he wants to rage about promotion codes not working or not being able to use the same contest on the EU server as on the NA server, I can understand. But I'm not sure that you can necessarily pin the leaks as of late on WGNA.

 

As to the video.... I already have the premium cammo on my Hipper. Why exactly do I want a Hipper clone? This better have a rather unique feature (which I don't remember it being mentioned in the video) otherwise this gets a big meh IMO.

Aside from what ship is being released, I think most folks know how to google the name to get pictures of the ship from the internet.  I don't mind the "leaks" as they give me time to plan out my purchases a little better.

Which is a crock of CRAP. Most of the so called "leaks" are data miningor the china server and people go running screaming then dumping the info here.

 

Want to point the finger, look to the china server basically doing whatever they want and WG not being able to do a thing to stop them.

All I care about is if it shows up on the map/minimap as a battleship, hiding in plain sight but listed and considered a cruiser in the MM, Tab list, and when visually focused on.

 

For those who maneuver based on the minimap, having what appears to be a fast battleship suddenly pop into view is going to give them a shock; moreso, if they ignore said "battleship" to finish focusing down their current target, thinking they have 25+ seconds before the "battleship" fires on them again.

 

Then imagining the shock on their face when they search around for a battleship, only to see a cruiser in their sights.

I can understand why someone who already has premium Hipper camo wouldn't be interested.

 

Personally, I'm excited for a premium Prinz Eugen because none of the other German cruisers besides the Admiral Hipper-class (and the Deutchland-class Panzerschiffe, if you count those), hold any appeal for me.  Aside from Prinz Eugen's historical significance, I've also tried out every cruiser on the test server, and discovered that the Hipper was the only German one that I found satisfying to play.  For every other tier, there is some other not German cruiser that I strongly prefer.

 

Even if Prinz Eugen doesn't differ much from the standard Admiral Hipper, I'm more than happy to pay for a ship I know I'll enjoy, rather than having to grind through ones with gun ballistics or turret arrangements I can't stand in order to get to her.

Oh yeah, SEA server, RU Server, and EU server and B) NA leaked so badly that the NA server got to keep it's WoWS supertesters, but EU apparently lost all theirs (<--From a podcast where Q and Macabe talked a lot about how Supertest works). I'm a dedicated Jingles fan, but Jesus Freewheeling Christ sometimes the man is daft.

To add to your last sentence, Jingles himself has talked about how the EU server lost all their supertesters awhile back in a video. (No, I don't remember which one.)

He spends about 15 minutes in

bashing the NA server ST program and WGNA in general, for both WoWS and WoT. Some of his grievances have merit (like won bonus codes not working while having been promised that they would) but his comments about NDA's and leaks are just waaay overblown and simply not true.

 

It's near the start as well as near the end, and occupies about half the video.

It starts about 6:30 in the video and goes until around 15 minutes or so. I enjoy Jingles' videos a lot of the time, but I can't help but feel that this was pretty misdirected at WGNA and not where it should have been. As Lert mentions, yeah the codes and promotion stuff I think probably has some merit given that what people have mentioned in regards to differences in the premium shops for WoWs.

Not only a DD humpfest, but it's nothing but Minekaze games. The most balanced DD NA picking on people who don't even know how to play. All skill, no luck.
