Decisive Battle Pacific - Stealing WoWS Screenshot for Ad

I saw an ad for the game while playing a game on my phone, and this picture of World of Warships caught my eye. I don't remember the game being mobile, but I very quickly realize it's an ad for a game called 'Decisive Battle Pacific', a rather generic and, to be frank, crappy looking game. So these guys use a picture of WoWS in the port, and slap on their decisive battle pacific logo in the corner, tricking users into thinking that's the ingame footage. How will Wargaming respond to this? I've made a report to Google a few months ago about it, but nothing ever did happen, so I hope Wargaming.net will look into this and take proper actions upon these other developers (wawagames) shamelessly stealing and using WoWS game footage for an ad completely unrelated to WoWS.

Ah, ok. I haven't seen anyone talk about it or see anything be done about it yet (as far as I have seen), so I guess we shall wait and see some more.

It wouldn't be worth it to sue. It'd probably be more worthwhile to ask the game producer to remove the screenshot and if that doesn't work, ask the App Store company to take down the game.
