Something strange about a particular map

Did WG do something in particular to the Okinawa map? everything seems more glowy even my ships

Okinawa was always "shiny", it always felt like there was a supernatural outline to everything in that map for me, probably due to the lighting in it?

The Okinawa map has the same thing going on as the Nagasaki/Zipangu port. There's a Bloom filter in place that makes light-colored things and light sources appear to glow.
