9,860 [NMKJT] VTAdmiral Beta Testers 24,800 posts 3,956 battles Report post #2 Posted August 7, 2016 Kutuzov. Kutuzov is only mildly challenged by Atago in T8 and is pretty much the best in tier 8. I'd also recommend Molotov in tier 6, which is doing a full 10-15k more and winning a full 5-8% more than the closest non-Russian ship in tier 6. Evidently this is historical performance. Because putting a 1954-designed ship in the same tier as Japanese and American cruisers from the 1930s is totally fine. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Has she even been added to the client for super testers to play with yet? You could be waiting for quite a few months so I'd just buy Kutuzov now personally.
