I found crzyhawk in one of them on a match on Two Brothers in my Warspite. He caught me out of position without any help and killed me. I also managed to get a pair of good screenshots before we lost horribly.

I ran into StooperDave in a Bismark and StooperRasu in a Tirpitz (both in a platoon) earlier today and we all got on the same team 4 matches in a row

I played in a battle tonight with Quazzaz running the Gneisenau.  That is one good looking ship and he did very well in it.  Fun battle but we got manhandled.  Looking forward to both the Scharnhorst and the Gneisenau when the German BB line comes out.

cryzhawk is my friend and division running mate. He does a great job in any ship he's in. I think some of the comments I've seen about the German BB line seem to forget or overlook the quality of players that are trusted to be testers.

Well let's just say when they are released there's gonna be a fire sale on used ships around my port. I wonder how long it will take all of us to get sick of seeing them? Because you got to know they'll be like, everywhere.

Ran into a Gneisenau a few days ago in my Izumo (i think it was MajorRenegade, i forget. No screens or replays unfortunately). Caught me with my pants down as i passed a island to go after one of his teammates. Promptly deleted me for 25k or so so with his bow guns before i could complete my right turn to bow onto him lol. Thought he was off chasing a loudmouth Atago player on my team. 

 

Definitely a lovely ship, wasn't able to do no spectating on him though cause he got Fubuki'd (i think, know he got torped, bad) right after i died so i only got to watch it sink lol.

I remember that battle.  Sadly, I didn't land the DB, but I did get a citadel hit.  To be fair to 1Sherman, he wasn't really out of position...he got abandoned by the cruiser and BB that were with him, and Sothron (Yorck), a Myoko and myself got to unload on him.  They were flanking around A, 1Sherman was leading the charge...and the other two just folded and let us focus Sherman's Warspite down.  BTW, that Myoko was positive that you were going to obliterate him.  He had mentioned in chat that he really didn't want to push deeper, but he was afraid to turn and show broadside.

Fortunately for that Myoko, RNGesus was not with me and my aim was sucking on that day. Also, when I died, I was backing away from the island on the blue line while trying to run away. It was just an overall bad game for me.

That's because WG wants you to spend money on the Scharnhorst.

Why are you disappointed? I'd take 15 inch guns over 11 inch ones on a BB any day of the week.
