Well like I said I'm not completely leaving NA, I will still post on the forums and check what's new. I will also keep in contact with all my friends here. I still have a dormant NA account with crappy stats so I can still play that one. ;0 And no, I cannot read and write Russian. If you can play in the peak times, you get the best MM experience you possibly can in the game right now since it has the largest population. I can't read Cyrillic so I just communicate via F# keys and map pings when I play on there. You will still have potato teams. That won't change. However, your chances of having balanced games is greater just because the random pool the draw from is much larger. Now, if you play in off peak hours for RU, MM is just as bad as NA. (RU server starts to decline population wise starting at 4pm EST.) As for the meta, I have not noticed the meta shift as much but that might just be because I only have worked my lines up to T5 on the RU server. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

They're completely separate, you'll need a new account too. (Good luck with the ping, btw) How to get region changer mod? It's in Aslains, but that's still outdated. After you follow the instructions, you will need to move scripts_config.xml manually from the 0.5.4 folder to the 0.5.9.1 folder in res_mods. He was pointing out how a player barely breaking average was claiming bad players are ruining his games. What you are trying to respond with is a stock response to keywords you read that have nothing to do with the actual context of what he was getting at. On top of that, nobody who 'cares' about their stats and how they compare to others expect it to have any meaning beyond the game and the community around it.
