Lo Yang Crew Training

It would be great if WG would allow crew training of say the US crews on the Benson class Lo Yang.  I otherwise would have purchased that little DD, as it looks fun.  I hope WG considers this in the future if they release more ships in nations that won't have full lines.

I was thinking the same thing just now... 
They should remove the "Transfer commanders between ships of the same nation without penalty or retraining" from the specifications unless there are other Pan-Asia ships...

nah, chances are WG will add a Pan-Asian line eventually. It'll probably consist of a mix of Russian and American ships up until tier 7 and then be filled with the home nations' own ships. My guess Pan-Asia will only sport a  DD line because cruisers were being phased out after the mid-1950's by most navies.

The Lo Yang is the second Pan-Asian ship that was introduced,  the first being the Anshan. I have shared a captain between the two ships, and am 8.5 million xp away from lol 19 on them. 

 Side note, if you have any of the ARP ships, you can swap captains between them as well

Yeah I too just got the Yo Lang and transferred my Capt from the Anshan.
