Replays Sometimes Not Recording ?? Anyone??

Had an ok game this am with my 2nd coffee. Didn't think I did anything big to contribute to the win, honestly.  Just supported a pair of DDs as they capped and defended.  Took a few hard knocks, but I expect that with my Lanta style.

Saved the post-game reports and went to save the replay for later recording...and no replay.

None.

It showed the tirpitz replays from the earlier sessions this am, but not the Atlanta game.

Anyone ever see this kind of skip/miss with saving replays?

It's not a bug, it's a new "feature"....

Haven't really paid attention, but I'll go back and check now.

havent had replays enabled for I dont know how long for crashng the game. Sent in ticket and trouble shooting info for a week and nothing could be found. Customer Service, WG tech you name it, couldnt find the problem. Then I remembered a similar problem WoT had with replays a while back where WG told everyone to disable them because of issues like this....

 

I havent had a game crash since. I told WG about it, but I dont know if anything was done or if it was fixed, still dont have replays enabled.

 

 

So yes, I can believe your issue.

Maybe you have to enable them again after the update?

Replays from previous patches will not work, you should probably delete replays from the last patch.  This was told to me by Wargaming Support.

Check to see of it is "stuck" in replays "temp file".

Sometimes last game doesn't post to replays, but sits in temp file in replays section.

Maybe you have to enable them again after the update?

 

Last 2 major updates I have not needed to re-enable replays but since it recorded games earlier in the day - it should not be the issue..  I have never had issues with the file not being created.
