Add Option to Automatically Rotate Port in Settings

Would be nice when a battle is over the port (Port of Call) would change automatically. This adds to the game by giving the feeling that after each battle engagement my ship is returning to a different Port of Call.

 

Add an option "Rotate Port" in settings.
