US BB Captain Perks? (0.5.9)

Since redistribute is cheap I was thinking it, any suggestions? I'm on the NC atm and I have 13 points to spend, hopefully going to have a Montana one day.

Mostly a CA/DD player, but I play BB's, just not nearly as well. So my 2 cents is:
Basic firing training, turret traverse, vigilance or heals(up to you, both are viable), AFT for AA range/secondaries and there isn't really a better choice that I can see. For the 5th skill, this is tailored toward the NC specifically. It's actually quite a stealthy BB. I would take CE, coupled with camo. With 13, you can get both vigilance for torps and extra heals, then respec at some future point if needed.

For my USN BBs I go:

 

1.  BoS + BRT
2. EM
3. HA
4. AFT
5. CE

 

The tier 3 skill is probably where you have the most flexibility, I like having faster repairs, but Vigilance and Superintendent are useful as well.

Faster repairs are nice, but premium repair does the job for me, well worth the 22,500 silver. Still think Superintendent with that extra heal is the better choice, with Vigilance a close second.

That's how my captain is specced currently. Prior to 0.5.9, I'd advise on Situational Awareness as well, but fortunately, we don't need to spec that anymore
