Why do the tier 6 and up Cruisers of the German line feel like you're driving a semi truck. I swear to god my BB's are more agile than these things. Stop and speed up damn near the same as well. Takes 9 years and 10 decades to turn the rudder damn near similar to my BB's....

Feels like I'm driving a poor mans BB and they got short on budget, so they opted out of the armor entirely with all of the setbacks a normal BB has.

I take it you haven't played Shchors and Chapayev then. (I don't have Donskoi but I expect more of the same).

Don't ever play RU cruisers then.

Rudder Shift

Aoba:            8.4 seconds

Cleveland:    9.3 seconds

Nurnberg:   10.6 seconds

Budyonny:   12.1 seconds

Budyonny at least has some troll armor/citadels/RNGjesus to make up for it.

Modules exist for a reason. I'm debating between rudder shift and start/stop acceleration modules on Hipper- and Roon and Hindenburg when I get them. In the end it's either choosing between being able to turn any time you want to without preparation and planning ahead, or being able to recover or cut speed more quickly. Choices are a good thing.

Rudder shift is the better choice imo. Engine upgrade is so situational, and only really great for throwing off long rang shots.
