well not the Germans since they are already in-game but other nation (like British or French)

 

pretty standard new nation = free port slot

I have 70 ships. I had 13 open slots. I got a one time offer to add 10 more slots at 30% off. I cannot stop throwing money away. I no longer will ever need a friggin slot ._.

They came from selling my Tachibana, Emden, and Albany... but in my defense the Albany really sucked when I sold it.
