That's strange since my Kirov negates people anglind and gets 3 citadels trought the bow , even on battleships, Broadside battleships tho

She's a good ship and has great scrapping potential, but you need to do everything in your power to keep that lady angled. She cries like a virgin every time she gets penetrated.

 

Also a ship that can reliably citadel a St. Louis is always welcome.

And the AP absolutely trashes other cruisers.  Deals just enough damage to be powerful without a cit, and is accurate enough to make the former a moot point usually.  Don't take my word, I'll just leave this here instead.

She's a good ship with amazing guns. However she has meh armor, turns like a Battleship, and her AA is nothing really to write home about so keep an eye out for TBs cause if you get caught in the gears, you're done son.

Strong but slow guns.

Fast but cannot turn.

Non-existent armor.

Positioning is everything in a cruiser, but the Kirov takes even more risks in exchange for better reward.
