Looking For Competitive Clan

First off, sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong area. I wasn't able to find a clan recruitment area on the NA forums.

 

I'm looking for a competitive clan that does divisions for running high tier ships. I have 2200 battles, and 3 Tier 10 ships (Yamato, Khabarovsk, Shimakaze). My average W/R is 54%, but I'd like to bring that up more. I tend to do very well solo, so I'd like to take it over the top with competitive divisions. TS3/Dischord available. Well, we're not a clan but we play T7-10 and usually hang out here: euro20.clanwarz.com:1135 (channel: Wargaming, password: 32nd). The emphasis is on teamwork / coordination as opposed to padding. Occasional salt guaranteed.
