No Top Down View. How to access?

So attempting to play Carriers but i do not have a top down view. It is just the standard Ship view.

 

How do i toggle on or get to the top down view exactly? Ive checked the settings, multiple videos about it, looked at the forums, and i cant find anything to tell me what is going on or how to fix this. 

 

It is extremely aggrovating that i can not figure this out.

Shift? Or Mouse wheel.

I believe they changed the default key to Z. But there's also a bug if you use certain camera mods that prevents you getting to the top down view. Make sure you have no camera mods and try again.

Unless it changed, it's the same button you use for sniper mode in other ships.

There's an option to disable/enable the  toggle via shift in the settings, third tab.
