17pt Commander skills

I am about to get my 17th pt on my VMF cruiser line (Thank you Molotov)

 

I have CE, DE,SI, LS, SA.

I have a spare point so can get 2 1pt skills or 1 2pt.

Incoming fire alert? or BFT and EL?

Thinking I may change superintendent for Vigilance.....Never have I gotten to my fourth spotter and AA Def fire I can probably get by with two. But against DD's I think the poor turning cruisers could use all the warning they can get.

yeah I know, but I did get my BLY to 16 last night... LOL

So KIEV, FLETCHER  15 Bly 16, Ibuki and Fubuki 14.... most other imprtant ships are 13-14...(65 ships, so not many have great commanders, LOL I play too many....

I kid you not its nearly a million XP to get that commander level. Lots of cruiser grinding. With the XP Bonus, Signals, Commander Boosts, ship bonus etc. It rolled up real fast though, almost 300k Commander XP for the 17th Pt. I dont even want to contemplate 19
