Its an old German (Prussian I think) song about Frederick the Great. (AKA Fredericus Rex) This video does not have English subtitles unfortunately. I had one earlier that did have the lyrics, but I can't seem to find it now. Below is the Gunkan March, a Japanese Naval Song, which as I found out, was written in 1897.
