Because its a different class of ship if I am correct... it does have more hp, but its guns are the 45cals rather than the 50cal of the same width on the NM, so less shell velocity, more hp.

The more I think about it, the more I believe that it's a "German National Flavor" put into the Arizona.

German BB are rumored to have great Survivability (HP/Armor/Fire Resistance) but weaker Guns.  The Arizona seems to fit most criterias.

If so, it's going to be great driving one.

She is not going to have the multiple redundant armor plates and turtleback that German battleships have. But she does have a more complex and heavier armor scheme than the IJN ships use.
