Key Bindings not Holding

I bound all of the important command functions to my number pad, and all of them hold except for Speed Ahead (Num8) and speed astern (Num5). Whenever I log in to play I have to re-binding those two keys, and they will hold until I log out. No trouble with any other binding. Does anyone have any  ideas on why just these two function won't stick?
