Touchy Fire command from Navigation keys?

Hi there;

Is anyone else having this problem or know of a cause and solution?  Sometimes when the game starts up, my main guns will fire from lightly touching the navigation keys, mainly the W for speed ahead, but also at times from other keys as well.  Is there a "sensitivity setting" issue or what that could be causing this.  The main concern is that my guns may go off while I'm setting initial navigation and hit one of my team mates.  Not Cool!  I've been extra careful to initially be sure where my guns are pointed before engaging any navigation, but its tedious and also may be prematurely giving away my position to the enemy.

Help please!

Bingo!  What's up with that?  I have my glide pad disabled and am using a mouse.

Is it possible your palm (or something else) is touching your track pad when you press W?

Sorry, then I've got nothing

Ok, I may have to tape a cardboard pad accross the pad just to be sure it's not still gathering any signals.  Thanks, that makes since, that's why I disabled it.  I really don't like that part of a laptop anyway.   I still prefer a wireless mouse as a controller.

We'll see if further protection from the glide pad solves the problem.

i also play on a laptop and even with the track pad disabled my palm would hit the left button and it would fire..I remapped my nav keys to the arrow buttons and consumables to the number pad
