My "complaint" was more tongue-in-cheek than anything else. Generally, I am quite pleased with the experience WG provides us. I've had no complaints about customer service, and after one or two false-starts, the community reps are absolutely top-notch. It's one of those moduals that's not used often by myself, I find rudder shift time better, but hey If I get free crap just for playing ranked, yay.
