Flag Purchase Question

A couple of weeks ago, I purchased some flags that boost commanders skill. ( ZULU HOTEL ) I can't remember what package they were in or if I just got them by themselves. I also cannot find them on the premium site. Can someone please point me in the right direction for these flags?

They are not available on the premium shop at this time. Those flags and bundles were a special for last month. In order to get them now, you will need to earn them.
