First battle, Anshan, detonation (at least we won the battle)

 

Second battle, Fujinm you guessed it: detonation.

 

Two battles in a row. Do not mind that much as I do not use detonation flags in ships <=T6. I use these DDs as det flag farmers, but come on! Two in a row!

Um... last time I checked, that bundle of Det Flags only occurs once per 24 hours...

Detonations just grab your soul and crush it.  I was detonated today less than two minutes into a match and the disbelief almost hurt.

​Ships blow up especially DD's no armor...boom

Except they should only get blown up by other DDs or old (small gunned) cruisers shooting AP.  HE explodes on contact, but any reasonably modern CG/CA/CL (say 150+mm) or BB who shoots AP at any DD should pass through both sides...  Also, their magazines aren't armored either (and are proportionally less 'explosive'), so a mag hit should be equiv to a citadel hit on a CG or BB (ie. explosion of a mag shouldn't autokill since it's not armored)  

 

I don't how many times my DDs have been toasted via Detonation, but it's no worse than many of the unrealities we see in the game... although the 2nd time in a row is  annoying.
