anshan setup redoux (module and captain)

I am getting close to 15 point captain and I am in bit of dilemma for my anshan.  

 

currently I am running 13 point setup w

BFT/SA

EM/LS

Vig

AFT

dcsm1  (LS means I'd rather have this)

Steering mod    3.5sec rudder shift time  21.2sec turret

 

currently my one issue is that turret cannot keep up with turning in knife fight. otherwise, I've been very happy with the ship.

 

at 15  I could just add   TAE at 2  but I would be losing out on CE  CE will give me 6.3km conceal.  but I would lose out on  LS, tae and bft        On mod, I could swap out the 2nd  for MBM 2   at 5% loss of rof and dispersion.       so, would CE be worth giving those 3 abilities?   would faster turret be worth it?      I may test the module since it is cheap to swap. 

 

another alternate is the russian DD setup with   AFT/DE
