Game is not loading

hey Folks, are the NA servers up at this time (9:12 CST)? Game stays stuck on the game loading screen. Anyone else dealing with this issue?

Might have been a problem when the update patch occurred. Does this keep happening when you restart the client?

Do you have any mods installed atm?

Chances are if your game doesn't start & it doesn't outright crash then you're running a GUI mod which is incompatible with the update. Remove that mod & the game should start again. It's very unlikely it's a case of missing core files since if it was then your game would crash.

nope i don't run any mods, i just checked the WOWS page server status, it says "Server temporarily unavailable" (10:54 CST)
